For Studio Commissions, 48–72 hours is preferred whenever possible. Bespoke work typically benefits from at least 5–7 days for sourcing and development.
Short-notice requests may occasionally be accommodated depending on studio capacity and market availability. Weekend, holiday and specialty-sourcing requests may require additional notice.

Yes. Studio pickup and local delivery are available depending on the commission. Delivery timing and any applicable fee are confirmed before payment.
Larger Bespoke, styling and installation work may require separate transportation or setup logistics, which are included in the project confirmation.

For Studio Commissions, we encourage broad direction rather than exact flower lists. You may share a palette, feeling or flowers you are drawn to, but final selection is determined by the studio based on season, quality and composition.
Specific flower requests, specialty materials or more detailed visual direction may move the project into Bespoke. Exact replication of another arrangement is not offered.
