Returns & Resolution
CocoFleur arrangements are made to order and are final sale once paid. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the custom nature of our work, we do not accept cancellations or returns after payment. If an order arrives with a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can review it promptly.
If there is a quality issue, contact studio@cocofleur.co within 24 hours of receipt with photos.
