Orders and Payment
All custom orders are confirmed only once payment is received.

Custom Commissions
Because custom commissions are made to order, all sales are final once payment is received. We do not accept cancellations or returns after payment.

Substitutions and Availability
All arrangements are seasonal and subject to stem availability. Substitutions may be made to preserve the overall palette, structure, and value of the design.

Pickup and Delivery
Customers are responsible for picking up orders during the scheduled window or being available for delivery as confirmed. CocoFleur is not responsible for damage after pickup or after the order has been delivered.

Intellectual Property
All images, designs, and written content remain the property of CocoFleur and may not be reproduced without permission.
